The law is the crime

The Libertarian Youth of Madrid (JJLL) we started our campaign by bourgeois justice and the rule based on law. We got our first text, together with one of the images of the campaign, which we hope to add more material and street actions.Lately we hear, with increasing force, the new reform of the current government. We got our first text, together with one of the images of the campaign, which we hope to add more material and street actions.Lately we hear, with increasing force, the new reform of the current government. In this case, a reform of the Penal Code, increased penalties, increased enforcement, in times of crisis and attacks on those small victories after heavy fighting against the Establishment. While today there seems to be no guarantees as far as reform is concerned, the fact is that, little by little and always blow holder, begin to develop specific proposals about the new government: punish further multirreincidencia, disobedience against authority, pyromania, street violence equate with terrorism or attack passive resistance to authority, and condemn those who make calls ending in riots as a criminal organization integration criminal and condemn also those political, social and / or union to which they belong arrested in various demonstrations, venture as the points where it will affect the new reform, and all we have to add the introduction of life imprisonment reviewable. At first glance, these are measures that can enjoy some social support, such as higher penalties for arsonists, a measure apparently harmless, but that grace comes to those sectors of the population most sensitive to ecological issues, for somehow, to support a criminal code based on greater repression. That's what we think of the penalties against those who have relapsed several times in the same offense or crime, people who have fallen into this way of living, to be the easy way out of the misery that society condemned without them looking for him.Seem more impressive measures to criminalize the social response to direct attacks brought before the oppressors throughout the state, made against the oppressed. Measures that fall within a period of heavy setbacks in the struggle for decades oppressed and oppressors maintain our dignity are returned to proper working conditions the '20s: lay off, low wages and frozen, if not reverse, etc. . In this situation, as we say, add this reform that aims to toughen penalties against people more aware and more willing to stand up to go for them, criminalizarlas, ordered and an example to the rest of society to avoid follow them. Every time we get closer to that ideal liberal state that only makes sense as a repressor element, leaving more and more space to capital for it roam at will. Closely linked to this, for example, we find cases of juvenile facilities, where we are becoming more of these centers, managed by private companies, including in this regard to the jailers / "caregivers."Special mention should be called "permanent prison reviewable" or reviewable life sentence, as more commonly known. Too bad it enters the "constitutional legality" to have the purpose of reintegration of the prisoner, keeping in mind that in most cases those who want to apply these penalties ("terrorists"), we are in fact faced political prisoners, and it would be the renunciation of his ideas which would allow the reintegration of the prisoner, who otherwise would remain in prison until death. But this is nothing new in the Spanish state, there are at present what many call "covert imprisonment," ie, compliance with sentences of more than 20 years in prison. Also, we actually have one of the toughest criminal laws that exist and, proportionately, with one of the largest prison population rates (in the Spanish State there are about 80,000 prisoners, a number higher than Germany, whose population is twice). Paradoxically, we have one country with one of the "crime rates" lowest in the European Union. Even with all the means of capital, the mass media bombard us from time to time with the idea of insecurity or the need to toughen the penalties for a given crime.Despite all this, we do not think the solution is in stopping this criminal code, or get another as, for example, Norwegian (whose maximum penalty is 20 years in prison, taking a realistic approach towards reintegration of the prisoner , which is not found here). We understand that any criminal code is meant to be regulated repression to defend the existing order. The new penal code reform is supported by the judiciary to the significant increase in state repression that experience and that will increase given the dire socioeconomic landscape in which we are embedded. Arrests, imprisonment, beatings, humiliations. Social control. Evictions, evictions. Police charges, injuries and murders. Criminalization, censorship. The purest essence of the state. However, the state agency needs, as every villain, an alibi, a subterfuge that qualify and that he gives his stark repression a glimmer of supposed rationality. That's when we found all the judicial, law, namely the law.The law and its realization, the law is the basis on which the state seeks to govern all relationships and conflicts that society creates. It is the ultimate desire for control over all aspects of social and economic life. The power, therefore, must be justified and try to stick to their own rules, its own regulations, so that they do not lose legitimacy in the eyes of the population. Repression therefore must also be regulated and adjusted to the framework of law.The Government is aware of the social unrest that is generating the reforms imposed by the bourgeoisie and prepares to do it in front. Reform of the Criminal Code will involve the legal basis for the repression that is upon us.What to do? Some will say that this is due to a "right-wing government" to say then they would never do that, that they vote in the upcoming elections. Others cry "lack of democracy" and remember we do not know what a spirit of freedom and rights guaranteed to represent the law. They all contribute to fatten the farce that is any form of government of some people over others, any and every form of state law for us, the law will always benefit the powerful, legislators are vassals of those in power. Any form of government necessarily implies social control over the governed to ensure the elimination of any dissatisfaction with the existing rule.Given its repressive apparatus and judiciary we call the use of our most powerful weapon as explotadxs: solidarity and mutual support. Our environment, our colleagues, ourselves and anyone who poses a threat to the rule is in the spotlight. So it is a problem that affects us all, so delegate to others the task of defending ourselves against the aggressions of the State, would be an exercise in irresponsibility, therefore we speak of the practice of direct action, not recognizing any intermediary or of course the very bourgeois justice. We do not care that their laws penen disobedience. We do not care that the laws protect the various figures of authority, police, judges, teachers ... -. We do not recognize any authority beyond ourselves, as conscious individuals. We do not see any crime in rebelling against an unjust system. We see no crime in attacking those who rob us of life in their businesses, their schools, is its leisure centers. We see no crime in face the source of inequality and injustice: the State and Capital. The only crime that exists, is the law that regulates and protects the system.AGAINST REPRESSION: solidarity and direct actionAGAINST ALL FORMS OF AUTHORITY
