SF recognises new locals & network
Last week, at SF's national delegate council two new locals were recognised, we are pleased to announce we now have locals in Croydon and Newcastle. Both
locals provided encouraging reports and were founded by members of
existing locals, South London and West Yorkshire respectively.
We hope to add more
locals in the months and years ahead and have members across the
country working on starting new locals, notably across the south coast
in Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth, and Hastings.
Our Scottish
members based in Edinburgh and Glasgow will hopefully be launching
locals at some point in the future and back down south we have members
in Cambridge looking to start a local.

of these areas and want to apply anarcho-syndicalist methods and tactics
to the class struggle and help build a revolutionary union please get in touch!
As well as
recognising the two new locals, SF also recognised a student network for
student members to organise collectively which will work closesly with
the Education Workers' Network.
Motions were passed around the campaign against workfare and one to seek a closer working relationship with our comrades in the Anarchist Federation.
Solidarity with Australian Domino's workers
On 15th September SLSF took part in the international day of action in support of Domino’s delivery drivers in Australia.
The
drivers have had their pay cut 19% overnight. As their trade union was
complicit in the cut, the drivers have formed a new union, the General Transport Workers Association (GTWA), to fight the pay cut.
The GTWA is affiliated with theAnarcho-Syndicalist Federation (ASF), an Australian 'friend' of the Solidarity Federation's international, the International Workers' Association(IWA).
International Day of Solidarity with Dominos Drivers (Updated)
September 15 was an international day of solidarity with the drivers of Dominos Pizza in Brisbane, called by the Anarcho-Syndicalist Federation of Australia. These workers, who deliver pizza, are in a struggle against the arbitrary abuse of the firm, which cut their salaries by 19%. The campaign was supported by the International Workers Association and actions were carried out in many countries around the world.

En
la mañana de hoy, 18 de septiembre de 2012, el Sindicato de Enseñanza e
Intervención Social de CNT Madrid ha boicoteado el acto de inauguración
del curso académico en la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, para exigir
del rector de dicha universidad la readmisión de nuestro compañero
recientemente despedido.
En presencia de un nutrido grupo de afiliados y simpatizantes de la CNT, y de trabajadores de la Universidad solidarios con nuestro compañero, el rector se ha comprometido públicamente a cambiar su estrategia de ningunearnos y reunirse con el trabajador afectado mañana a las 9:00 de la mañana para negociar su readmisión.

[Murcia] La Regional saldrá a la calle a protestar los días 26 y 29 de septiembre
La
CNT frente a las medidas anti sociales tomadas por el gobierno, convoca
dos actos en Cartagena y Murcia para protestar por los continuos ataques
del Gobierno a los derechos y conquistas sociales y laborales. Animamos
a toda la ciudadanía activa, estudiantes, parados/as, precarios/as, y a
todos/as los/as trabajadores/as en general, a secundar los actos de la
Confederación Nacional del Trabajo, para articular una respuesta certera
y contundente frente a los constantes ataques sufridos por la clase
trabajadora.

Забастовка - сейчас, самоуправление - всегда!
Профсоюз сферы образования CNT Мадрида выступил в поддержку инициативы
начать с 17 сентября всеобщую бессрочную забастовку против приватизации
образования. В заявлении анархо-синдикалистского профсоюза говорится:
"В связи с положением, которое сложилось в сфере образования в Мадриде,
есть только один ответ - забастовка. Это единственный язык, который
понимают Лусия, Эсперанса, Мариано, Альфредо, Хуан Карлос, кандило и
Игнасио (имена мадридских и общеиспанских политических деятелей, -
превод.). Забастовка - основное боевое оружие трудящихся.
